This area is for managers to maintain all projects,
team members, clients, support requests etc.

- AMDL Administrators: Managers can create new
administrators assigning rights for each section which is accessible
to the administrator.
- AMDL Clients: Easy and effective way to maintain
clients list. Managers can setup an account for the client with
username, password and other clients details.
- AMDL Team Members: Managers can setup a list
of team members with their area of specialisation, provide username
password and maintain team member details.
- AMDL Projects: Managers can add a new project
for a client. One client can have more than one project. Also
record Project Details, Start Date, End date, FTP details, Website
details etc.
- View Project Tree: Managers can modify and
analyse what a particular project involves and can create a complete
project tree. This tree provides the managers with an idea of
how many sections each project contains and can also add multiple
tasks. Each task can have sub tasks and each sub task assigned
another task under it and so on. Also a special feature is to
track the amount of time that is spent on all the different tasks,
thus making it possible to record the total time spent on each
task.
- Project Allotment: Once the project tree has
been completed, managers can allocate specific task to a specific
team member who will be responsible for the completion of the
specified task.
- Requested Allotments: Managers can approve
or disapprove new tasks added by team member from Fox PMS admin
area. (See Below - Admin Area)
- White Board (Request and Tracking System):
Managers can manage the entire request tracking system. All the
tickets that has been created by the clients for support purpose
can be viewed from here.
- AMDL Clients FAQ (HELP): Managers can AMDL
the help section which is in-built into Fox PMS Clients Area,
providing the clients with information on how to work on the software.
- Reports: Managers can generate and maintain
reports like Project Scheduling report, Members Scheduling report,
Team Members Timesheet etc.
- Website Details: Managers can change the look
and feel of the software. This section gives the right to change
colors, and many other features for Fox PMS Managers Area
- Tracking Report: Managers can track a report
on the details of who logged into the system, what tasks were
performed and what time the administrators logged out etc.
